Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original unopened or sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@retroble.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and factory sealed products that have been opened. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

- Most carriers require a phone number
- Failure to supply a phone number can delay your order.
Pre Order Deliveries:
- Orders that contain pre-order items will only be picked and dispatched once ALL of the items in the order are in stock.
- If your order is awaiting a pre-order item, the other items will be reserved for you.
- If you cancel you pre-order, there is no guarantee that the item will be available to purchase in the future.
- If you require "in stock" products sooner, please place a separate order for them or you will be charged addition delivery fees for each split delivery.
Ireland and Northern Ireland, also if you order from outside UK MAINLAND your order WILL NOT be processed until we work out the correct delivery cost. We will email you the additional/correct delivery cost and give you the option to proceed or cancel your order.
Delivery Zone 2 (Scottish Highlands Postcodes) : AB, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH ZE, May have a delivery surcharge applied, calculated on what size parcel and delivery service is used. We will email you if there is any additional fee to pay.
We will normally process your order within in 1 working day and dispatch within 2 working days. (Excludes holidays and weekends). Pre orders and out of stock items will take a lot longer, and will be dispatched as soon as we have received the stock. We will also notify you with any updates and ETA,s, as soon as we have any information. Most "in Stock" items are usually delivered within 5 Working days.
